At seven fifteen I called the doctor and told him they (contractions) were ten minutes apart and not very painful, but he said come anyway. I did and I am so glad I did. I was in a hospital bed at eight. I was already six centimeters dilated. Pastor and Sis. Pastor came and visited until ten fifteen, that's when I needed to concentrate. Then things went really fast and at eleven forty-seven (thirteen minutes before his due date), Samuel Jeremiah Lovelock entered this world, screaming and hollering. He was long and skinny and mad! He quieted quickly with mama--and he hasn't been quiet since.
Just kidding. Kinda.
Sam has been a source of joy, entertainment, moments of consternation and boundless love. He is cuddly, funny, cute and a total rascal!! I wouldn't trade him for anything or anyone.
Take a look at our last three years of cuteness. And this is just one child. We are overflowing with cuteness over here. I know, I am biased. I am supposed to be.
Happy Birthday, my precious boy.

Also available in wild Indian wear is the ever popular brown garbage bag vest. As I recall you turn bag upside down, cut up middle of one large side from top, which is now bottom, to bottom, which is n ow top. Cut a circle in bottom (top of vest) of bag for head to come out cut circles in side panels for arms to come out. Let Wild Indians decorate with markers. Glue on pasta, beans, cereal etc.
Clear as Mud I'm sure but a fun craft.
I love baby wearing. I miss that part of life.
