Sorry I haven't posted all week, I just haven't had a lot of blog fodder. I mean, don't get me wrong, any day in the Lovelocks is usually considered blog fodder--but I just haven't been able to get a post out. I do have things I want to post about, I just haven't sat down and done it yet. I will though, I promise. . . sometime.
This weekend is a busy one for us, it's our church's anniversary and so we had church last night, and then we have it tonight (with a celebration meal afterward) and then tomorrow. Also gearing up for Easter and I need to get the decorations up in the Sunday school area! I am also working on a new prayer promotion and working with my Hubs on Open Grill and our new outreach promotion!! Whew! I think I'll go take a nap now, just thinking about it, makes me tired.
Also, my great aunt and uncle are in town this weekend preaching at my mom's church, so we are squeezing in a visit before our respective church services. If all that wasn't enough, Bob and Larry, yes the famous ones, are in town at the bookstore just up from my house today! Needless to say, I could use a few extra hours today to get everything done! Despite my busyness, I feel very upbeat and positive that something good is about to happen!!
God is so great and is teaching me and working on me every day and I am so thankful for that. I look forward to every chance I get to be in His presence and have a chat with my Savior.
