Heart Tip: Snooze and snore. Get some sleep. The average adult needs 7.5 hours of sleep per night. Now if you are a mom and you are getting that amount of sleep, please clue me in to your secret. I realize that getting enough sleep is difficult at best, well it is for me, but it's important that our bodies get rest. Sleeping gives the body a chance to recover while we aren't up abusing it. So get some zzzzz's. If you get the chance sleep in or hit the hay early. It could mean you live a little longer.
